Hi!  My name is Kim Pugh.   I graduated from the University of South Alabama in December of 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education.  I began my teaching career as a first grade teacher at Kate Shepard Elementary School in September of 1992.  I taught kindergarten at Kate Shepard from 1993 until I resigned after the birth of my second son in January of 1999.  My seven years at Kate Shepard were very happy and rewarding. 

            After leaving Kate Shepard, I became a part time preschool teacher at Ashland Place Preschool.  This is my sixth year at Ashland Place and I couldn’t be happier.
